If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase we will happily issue you an exchange for your order. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) back to us.
Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, complete with tags & labels. Please note returns will only be accepted if the returns tag remains attached. Please include a note with your package explaining the reason for return, your name and order number so it can easily be tracked and processed.
- Exchange processing times may vary, so please allow up to 15 working days for the exchange to be made.
- Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons such as masks, under scarves, naqabs etc.
- Customers are liable to pay the delivery costs for any kind of exchanges.
Please Note THS is unable to subsidize the delivery costs of exchanging orders unless items are faulty. We DO NOT entertain any change of mind requests and returns. You are advised to read all product descriptions and instructions carefully before proceeding with your order.
No Exchange/Returns will be acceptable on any kind of niqabs/underscarves.
Faulty Items
We take great care in maintaining a high level of quality control on orders being dispatched. However, if you do find a fault with your product please contact a member of our Customer Care Team via Whatsapp, who will be happy to deal with your issue.
- You will be asked to provide your Name, Order ID and a video/picture of the fault.
- Customers have up to 24 hours after the delivery to claim faulty/damaged item.
- If you would like to exchange your item please be aware that we are only able to do so subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be replaced.

We recommend that you use an insured returns service for your protection. You must include the original receipt or a note with your name, order number and reason for Exchanges.
